Tyler is part of the firm’s corporate transactional team and litigation team. Tyler’s corporate business practice is primarily focused on
complex business transactions, with an emphasis on mergers & acquisitions, entity formation and governance, general counsel, and
corporate operations. His experience includes, but is not limited to, formation of LLCs, business sale and purchase transactions,
commercial and residential real estate purchases and leases, commercial contract negotiations, and various other corporate guidance
matters. On the other hand, Tyler’s litigation practice spans a wide variety of areas including complex trust litigation, probate, contract
disputes, corporate disputes, and other matters. In addition to focusing and tailoring his transactional practice and focus on complex
litigation, he gained valuable corporate in-house experience at a technology company.
Though originally from Southern Colorado, Tyler graduated from the University of New Mexico with a Bachelor’s degree in Business
with a focus in Marketing. He then moved to Omaha for law school and graduated from Creighton University School of Law in 2018.
Outside the office, Tyler is a professional bowler and bowls throughout the country on the Professional Bowler’s Association (PBA)
Tour. He also enjoys golfing, cooking, and playing with his dog, Oakley.
