Mark J. Milone attended the University of Nebraska at Omaha where he obtained his bachelor’s degree in Political Science in 1981. Mr. Milone attended Creighton University School of Law where he obtained his Juris Doctorate Degree in 1984. He is a member of the Nebraska State Bar Association.
Mr. Milone focuses his practice in the areas of small business, trusts, wills, and probate of estates. He has successfully argued cases before the County Court, District Court, Court of Appeals, and Nebraska Supreme Court.
