As of August 1, 2022, Koukol & Johnson, LLC has merged with Schmit Law Firm, LLC to form Koukol Johnson & Schmit, LLC.
Angela adds to the full-service practice of Koukol & Johnson by bringing her employment expertise to better serve business clients. She also brings additional industry knowledge as the go-to attorney for coaches, consultants, and creative entrepreneurs. She also practices business law, estate planning, and adoption. This compliments Dave’s practice which focuses on commercial law, bankruptcy, banking law, collections, corporate, real estate, probate, guardianship/conservatorship, personal injury, and aviation law and Karisa’s practice which focuses on family law, mediation, estate planning, and civil litigation matters.
