Billie is a native Omahan, and has been a paralegal for over 30 years. She joined Koukol Johnson in February 2026, bringing to the firm her experience in the areas of real estate, estate planning, probate, and trust administration. She is a graduate of both UNL and Iowa Western University. She has a Bachelor of Science degree in Business Administration and an Associate degree in Paralegal Studies.

True to her Nebraska roots, Billie is an all-sport Husker fan. She’s active in her community as a member of her local Eastern Star Chapter. Through this organization, Billie has been involved in volunteering and philanthropic
work for many years, including supporting Nebraska programs that train, support, and provide service and therapy dogs. Billie has two pets at home – her dog called Baby and her cat Rona, who is named for the fact that Billie adopted her during the coronavirus pandemic..
